ᎠᏟᎩᏂ ᏓᏩᏙᎠ ᎠᎴ Danielle Culp ᏓᏩᏙᎠ ᏲᏁᎦ ᎬᏂᏗ. ᎦᎴᎼ ᏗᏥᏁᎳ. Danielle Culp is an Emmy-award wining filmmaker and a producer at Cherokee Film Productions. As the daughter of a Cherokee speaker, she grew up immersed in the language and culture. Danielle has shared her culture and heritage through traditional storytelling for over 15 years and now continues to share Cherokee stories as a filmmaker. After working in the museum field for over a decade, Danielle joined the Cherokee Film team in 2021. As a producer and director for Osiyo, Voices of the Cherokee People, Danielle strives to tell authentic stories about Cherokee people, culture, and language.
Danielle holds a B.A. in Cherokee Cultural Studies from Northeastern State University and a M.A. in Museum Science and Management from the University of Tulsa. Danielle enjoys creating Cherokee art and resides in Tulsa with her husband, Cody.
